HVAC Technician III, Housing Alabama
The HVAC Technician III performs the duties necessary to properly maintain the University’s HVAC systems, refrigeration systems, boilers, pumps, cooling towers, and related controls in campus housing facilities. In addition, he/she performs general maintenance duties when needed.
Maintenance Technician II, Housing Alabama
The Maintenance Technician II is responsible for the general operation of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and maintenance in the residential housing facilities at UAH. The Tech II will also help with the removal and moving of furniture throughout the facilities.
Admissions Counselor Alabama
The Transfer & Dual Enrollment Admissions Counselor is a key position in supporting both incoming dual enrollment and transfer students. This position will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Dual Enrollment program to ensure dual enrollment students successfully enroll at UAH. They will also provide support to incoming transfer students through early reviews of transferable credit to help these students prepare for their transition to UAH. Reporting to the Associate Director of Recruitment, this position will also collaborate significantly with the Assistant Director of Transfer Recruitment.
Transfer Admissions Counselor Alabama
The Transfer Admissions Counselor reports to the Assistant Director of Transfer Recruitment and supports transfer recruitment initiatives. This position serves as the primary recruitment counselor for incoming transfer students from both 2-year and 4-year institutions. This position will build relationships with prospective transfer students and community college contacts to support undergraduate applicants to UAH from the point of inquiry to enrollment. They will also plan and attend recruitment events and promote the university’s brand in their area. In collaboration with the Assistant Director of Transfer Recruitment, this will support the university’s growing transfer enrollment.
Research Engineer I, S2 Alabama
Perform research and provide electrical engineering and physics-based expertise in the develop of funded-research experiments for the Army.
