Additionally, the IMPACT Project Office provides a broad user perspective as to how NASA Earth science data and information are represented and communicated. The IMPACT project fosters cross-community collaborations in order to improve all phases of the Earth science data life cycle, including processes, policies, engineering, and information communication. Computer Scientist II, Step 4 Alabama The Computer Scientist II will provide geospatial and information technology assistance and specialization for the Inter-Agency Implementation and Advanced Concepts Team (IMPACT) in the Earth Systems Science Center. Research Scientist III, Step 4 Alabama The Software developer will support multi-tier C# ASP .NET applications. Working in a team with customer to understand, translate, and refine requirements into software design solutions for new and existing applications.
