Senior Budget Officer Alabama The Senior Budget Officer reports directly to the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis and serves as a subject matter expert and key contact within the Budget Office. This role is responsible for overseeing budget changes, delivering training, managing Banner Finance security, and preparing monthly budget statements and fund balance reports. User Services Desk Assistant Alabama The User Services Desk Assistant will be a responsible, part-time on-call employee and work the weekday closing shift. The User Services evening staff member serves the UAH community by providing circulation and collection maintenance functions, assisting with patron account questions, and overseeing student workers. This position includes performing all library closing procedures, assisting with projects, and other duties as assigned. Custodian Alabama The Custodian is a key member of the UAH Facilities & Operations department, which is responsible for the planning, design, construction, renovation, maintenance, and repair of the University. As a Custodian, the employee's primary responsibility is to maintain the cleanliness of the University's buildings. The employee’s duties will be performed full-time either within the first shift hours (5:00 AM - 1:45 PM) or the second shift hours (2:00 PM - 10:45 PM), depending on current staffing needs within the unit. Manager of Foundation Accounts Alabama The Manager of Foundations Accounts will be responsible for accurate accounting and reporting of Foundation funds and ensures effective and efficient operation of day-to-day unit operations.
