The After School Care Assistant works under the general direction of the Director. The Lead Childcare Assistant oversees scheduling and lesson planning. The After School Care Assistant independently manages the learning environment in their assigned classroom. The Lead Childcare Assistant has the ultimate responsibility for the classroom environment. However, the incumbent works closely with the Lead to maintain an appropriate learning environment. |

| The Earth System Science Center (ESSC) at the University of Alabama in Huntsville (UAH) seeks a Data Analyst & Soil Laboratory Manager to support environmental data analysis and soil laboratory operations within the Critical Zone Hydrology (CZHydro) Research Group. This position combines environmental data analysis (~70%) with soil laboratory analysis and management (~30%). The successful candidate will contribute to research focused on land–water interactions, soil moisture dynamics, watershed processes, and environmental monitoring across Alabama and the southeastern United States. The position integrates quantitative data science workflows with hands-on laboratory soil characterization to support applied Earth system science research. |

| The Police Officer, with moderate supervision, is responsible for the protection of life, property, and facilities of the University community through the proper administration and enforcement of regulations and laws in conformance with standard law enforcement practices in an institution of higher learning. These duties may involve an element of personal danger. Police Officers regularly conduct criminal investigations, perform searches and seizures, arrest offenders, present criminal cases to prosecutors for prosecution in district and municipal courts, respond to medical and other emergencies, write moving traffic violations, and assist other local law enforcement agencies. |
