The successful candidate must demonstrate the capability to contribute to a dynamic team that is instrumental in the execution of hundreds of millions of dollars of projects, responding to rapid expansion of renewables, proactively managing grid congestion, analyzing large data sets, developing specialized software, driving continuous improvement, and creating automated solutions to solve complex challenges.
We are open to hiring at all levels for this position, including talented individuals without their P.E. license as a Power Systems Analyst (I/II/Sr), new or recent graduates as an Engineering Associate (I/II), experienced licensed engineers as a Senior Engineer (eight years of experience) or a Principal Engineer (fifteen years of experience). |

In this role, you will monitor, review and evaluate our external contractors' safety performances by conducting field safety evaluations and observations, tracking contractor incidents, and responding, as necessary, to ensure compliance. You will review the written contractor safety program and safety scorecard criteria, as well as coordinate and host the monthly and annual Contractor Safety Meeting. Effective communication of observation trends and providing recommendations to the Safety Manager will be essential. You will also verify the timely implementation of corrective and preventive safety actions by contractors, assessing their effectiveness. |
