LCRA Parks is a dynamic park system that strives on providing amazing experiences to the community. This position will be responsible for holding the standard of our parks high to achieve LCRA Parks’ goal of being the most dynamic park system in the nation. You will be trusted to:

- Verify accuracy and completeness of repetitive accounting documents, identify discrepancies, resolve issues, and prepare financial reconciliation reports.
- Provide exceptional customer service to park visitors, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive experience in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
- Assist with event set up and/or take down.
- Maintain a clean, stocked, and professional office and store environment.
- Assist with watercraft and mini golf rentals.
- Assist with daily park operations, including processing admissions, issuing permits, and handling cash/credit transactions
- Educate visitors on park rules and recreational opportunities within the park.
- Utilize reservation systems to schedule bookings, track occupancy and generate reports.

You qualify with:

- Zero or more years of experience in providing customer service and operation of an electronic Point-Of-Sale System, preferably in a park or hotel setting or relevant experience.
- Driver's license

You are a great fit with:

- One of more years of experience in customer service with the general public.
- Microsoft Excel experience.
