Join our dynamic team and play a vital role in supporting the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects from start to finish. At LCRA, we are seeking a driven Outage and Special Projects Manager! As an Outage Manager, you will collaborate closely with Maintenance managers, site supervisors, construction coordinators, and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. This position offers an outstanding opportunity to be at the forefront of project coordination and contribute to successful project outcomes. You will be trusted to:

- Balance competing and high priority work demands
- Establish concrete, actionable work plans from ambiguous information and directives
- Plan, schedule, prioritize and coordinate work within assigned work area
- Plan within the maintenance management system Maximo

You qualify with:

- Twelve or more years of experience in project controls, project management or work package management, or relevant experience, including four or more years managing projects (including managing scope, schedule and budget).
- A degree(s) in engineering, business, finance, economics, construction management, or relevant field may be substituted per LCRA guidelines for certain years of experience.  
- Driver's license

You are a great fit with:

- Experience in power plant outage management
- Experience in Microsoft Project/ Primavera P6 Project Scheduling
- Experience in budget forecasting & effective task organizational skills
