At LCRA, we are seeking to find an ambitious candidate for our open Plant Support Worker position! This intermediate-level position will work under direct supervision, performing general maintenance and clean-up. Including but not limited to mowing, washdown and supporting mechanical maintenance. In this role you will reside in a coal-fired power plant environment with an opportunity to develop competence through work assignments and on the job training. You will be trusted to:

- Safely perform general maintenance as required by plant operations
- Safely perform general clean-up as required by plant operations
- Safely support heavy equipment operators as required by plant operations

You qualify with:

- Two or more years of experience in building maintenance or other relevant experience. 
- Driver's license

You are a great fit with:

- Ability to understand and adhere to strict safety procedures
- Ability to communicate effectively and work in a team environment
- Ability to learn and expand skillset in an OJT environment
