As supervisor, you will manage an assigned crew and ensure all scheduled work is completed safely and also support River Operations during flood events in the Lower Colorado River Basin, through flood gate operations. Effective communication of observation trends and providing recommendations to the Safety Manager will be essential. You will also verify the timely implementation of corrective and preventive safety actions by contractors, assessing their effectiveness.
