LCRA has is looking for an upbeat, passionate and hard-working Senior Engineer in the Substation Engineering Electrical design group.. This is an outstanding opportunity to work on critical infrastructure projects that greatly influence the community. As a key contributor on our team, you will lead the physical design of substations, ensuring flawless execution and alignment to industry standards. You will have a unique opportunity to be involved in the whole lifecycle of substation design projects from planning and conceptual design, to detailed design, construction, and operations and maintenance. Your expertise will be crucial in developing substation design, grounding, shielding, and following IEEE, NESC, RUS and other industry substation design standards and guidelines. If you are enthusiastic about engineering excellence and excited to tackle ambitious challenges, we want to hear from you!
