Join LCRA in helping make ERCOT and the Texas utility grid more resilient as a Reliability Engineer in the Transmission Services Department. As a Transmission Reliability Engineer, you will be involved in the integration of one of the first synchronous condensers in both ERCOT and LCRA. The role begins immediately in supporting construction and commissioning of the synchronous condenser project (currently in the design review phase). Continuing after commissioning, the role will be responsible for overseeing the reliability of the Synchronous Condenser and auxiliary systems, with possible participation in the future synchronous condenser additions to LCRA’s fleet.
