As a Reliability Maintenance Specialist, your skills and experience will be applied to process work orders daily, create job plans, create and maintain detailed preventative and maintenance strategies, work plans and work packages, and maintain an overall maintenance backlog. The ability to multitask and solve complex problems is a must. This will entail prioritizing your daily workload with other demanding work. Most of the time, you will work independently with minimal guidance and will be a resource for colleagues with less experience. At times, you may direct the work of other staff members.
