Work collaboratively with key department stakeholders to ensure all project related costs are accounted for every project budget. Assist manager with ownership and maintenance of estimating platform. Assist with post-project reviews of estimate quality on every project and provide feedback/lessons learned as necessary. Procure, maintain, and/or update benchmark/historical data as required. |

The successful candidate must demonstrate the capability to lead a dynamic team that is instrumental in the execution of hundreds of millions of dollars of projects, responding to rapid expansion of renewables and large loads, proactively managing grid congestion, analyzing large data sets, developing specialized software, driving continuous improvement, and creating automated solutions to solve complex challenges.
This position would provide leadership to a staff that currently consists of four engineers with support from one additional engineering contractor. This position reports to the Manager of Transmission Operations Engineering, Coordination, and Training. |
