The position manages and oversees all purchasing activities of the center. This position determines the appropriate method of procurement, submits all purchase requests, reconciles purchases to the appropriate center or project index, tracks inventory, and disposes of inventory once the center determines there is no longer a need for the inventory.

This position has the primary responsibility for assisting with departmental payroll with an emphasis on various items related to student payroll. Accurate and timely processing of professional development requests, University forms, and credit card allocations with a high degree of attention to detail while using good judgment regarding set policies and procedures.
