The Associate Dean advises the Dean and makes strategic recommendations on a full range of personnel management, budget, policy, and planning issues related to the management of the College. This role oversees budget and financial operations for the College in collaboration with the Dean. collaborates with other members of the College staff on issues such as instructional capacity, development, technology support, and facilities/space coordination as these areas relate to budget and planning.

The associate vice president for undergraduate education (AVPUE) provides leadership and coordination for the University’s undergraduate academic and student success infrastructure, advancing initiatives that promote high-quality learning, inclusive excellence, and timely degree completion. The Thesis/Dissertation Associate in the Graduate School is responsible for ensuring final thesis and dissertation submissions meet appropriate formatting, Graduate School, and University guidelines, and supports students and faculty through the process.

The Director of Facilities Planning, Design, and Construction works collaboratively with the University community in planning, designing, and constructing facilities in support of the instruction, research, and public service functions of the University.
