Please respond to all three essay prompts below in a word document. Include your name at the top of the word document. Attach the word document to your application when you submit it.
1. Briefly describe your conduct, performance, and attendance at work. If you have received any type of infraction or write-up, please explain the situation.
2. Please provide an example of a time when you went above and beyond at work.
3. Briefly explain what separates you from other candidates (i.e., skills, impact, knowledge, or experience).
All candidates must take a paper handbook quiz and a paper sanitation quiz. These assessments are non-disqualifying, but will help us to determine your knowledge about these areas.
Finally, please complete two recommendation forms that identify EMDH administrators who will recommend you to be a student manager.

Watterson Student Hiring Office:
This position is subject to a criminal background investigation based on University Policy 3.1.30 and any offer of employment is contingent upon you passing a satisfactory criminal background investigation. You may not begin work until the criminal background investigation results have been received and cleared by Human Resources.
In addition, all appointments are contingent upon proof of eligibility for employment at Illinois State University to perform the required duties described above on your scheduled start date.
