The Copyright Librarian, reporting to the Scholarly Communication Librarian, has primary responsibility for helping faculty, staff, and students with questions and issues concerning all aspects of copyright in higher education instruction, scholarly and creative productivity, and publishing, with a secondary focus on broader scholarly communication topics. This highly collaborative position will work closely with the Scholarly Communication Librarian and the Scholarly Communications Team.
Additionally, this position is Milner Library’s liaison to the Graduate School and is responsible for enhancing the learning and persistence of graduate students. This position is responsible for understanding and anticipating graduate students' information and knowledge needs and facilitating their relationship to the library, its resources, and expertise of librarians. This position will also be responsible for providing reference services, classroom instruction, and individual consultations.
Core Hours: 8:30am-5:00pm Monday through Friday, with some schedule variance to support evening or weekend programming
Must be able to complete the following with or without a reasonable accommodation:

3. Move about in various locations across campus as needed to complete day-to-day work.
