University High SchoolCandidate will be responsible for teaching Social Science courses which may include AP and dual credit courses. University High School is a service unit of the College of Education of Illinois State University. It offers a comprehensive program of instruction for 600 students in grades 9-12. This unique school acts as a laboratory for 21st century educational innovation and research. The mission of the school is to provide a site in which excellence in education theory may be connected to practice. Extracurricular duties may be assigned. -

Sociology and AnthropologyThe majority of the graduate teaching assistants primary duties are in support of instruction including but not limited to the responsibilities below: 1. Serve as a primary or secondary teaching instructor in a class or laboratory; 2. Assist a faculty member with teaching-related tasks; 3. Grade student assignments which require knowledge of subjects taught in a class or laboratory; 4. Meet with and/or tutor students, mentor students in disciplinary writing, hold office hours, prepare instructional materials, and assist during class and/or lab. -

School of Kinesiology and RecreationThe School of Kinesiology and Recreation is seeking graduate assistants to support the Exercise is Medicine on Campus (EIMOC) program and Psychology of Sport and Physical Activity (PSPA) Lab. Positions involve conducting client intake sessions, developing individualized exercise and sport performance programming, and assisting with community outreach. Applicants must be enrolled in a master's degree program in the School of Kinesiology and Recreation. -
