The Associate Director of Planning & Design will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the planning & design staff in the department of Planning, Design & Construction. This position will also be responsible for the solicitation, procurement and administration of project Architecture and Engineering (A/E) professional services contracts in support of the Project Managers.

The Project Management Graduate Assistant will assist project managers in managing information technology (IT) projects, and in scheduling information technology (IT) projects to balance resource capacity, assignments, and availability. The position will support multiple internal units with the maintenance of their project schedules and portfolios and will support the functions of the Project Management Office within the Office of Digital Transformation and Process Improvement within the department of Technology Solutions.

The Trainer will be responsible for all aspects of health care including, but not limited to: practice coverage, competition coverage, treatment, rehabilitation, post-injury care, injury prevention, and facilitation of physician referrals. The Athletic Trainer will serve as a Preceptor in the athletic training education program. Additional administrative duties will be assigned by the Head Athletic Trainer.
