Collaborate and contribute to social media campaigns with individual teams, coaches and all administrative units to help tell an engaging and well-rounded story of the athletics department. Monitor student-athletes and coaches/staff social media accounts for safety purposes. Pitch, develop and execute creative content ideas in various mediums (photo, graphics, video, etc.). Keep a forward focus on trends. Archive photos and video content. Upload content to INFLCR for student-athletes/coach use. Utilize INFLCR, Slate and Talkwalker platforms. Monitor student interns on gamedays. Assist in coordination of creative content days for Illinois State’s 19 sports and cheerleading program. Take photos, videos, etc. on gamedays, meet days, etc. for Illinois State’s 19 sports. Other duties as assigned. School of Social WorkThe First Star ISU Academy is a college-preparatory program for high school foster youth (Scholars). The Academy strives to keep youth on track for high school graduation, prepare them for higher education, and equip them with the skills to successfully transition to adulthood. The Scholars spend all four summers of high school living on the university campus (Summer Immersion Program), and they return one Saturday per month during the school year (Saturday Academies). While on campus, the Scholars attend academic classes, participate in life skills workshops, and explore life on a university campus. -
