The Scholarly Teaching Director will promote the teacher-scholar ideal, serve as a lead expert resource in teaching and learning in higher education, and contribute to a national dialogue about teaching, learning, and assessment. The Director will lead the Scholarly Teaching Unit and administrative staff, housed in the Center for Integrated Professional Development, and will be responsible for leading professional development programming, services, and support for helping instructors develop expertise in evidence-based teaching practices. The Director will enhance and support the implementation of institution-wide initiatives related to inclusive teaching and learning excellence, faculty mentoring, and student success. This position will report to the Associate Vice President for Faculty Affairs and will be a twelve-month tenurable appointment.

The EMAS Endpoint Technician is part of the Endpoint Support team within the Office of Technology Solutions, and fulfills a specialty technical role to provide holistic, proactive technology support to EMAS, focusing on identifying solutions fit to their unique needs.

This position serves as the receptionist for the Department of Educational Administration and Foundations, offering clerical support to the staff of the department, supporting the department leadership team, assisting with scheduling events, purchasing office supplies, and helping visiting students, alumni, staff, and faculty. Provide a basic level of emergency medical services for University sporting events, concerts, and other large gatherings. Depending on the event, Redbird EMS personnel either work independently or in teams

This position is responsible for all aspects of Horton facility operations. This includes day-to-day operations, event scheduling, maintenance requests, and responsible for the safety and security of the facility. This position assists in planning and monitoring of repair, rehab, and maintenance projects.
