Intercollegiate AthleticsThis position routinely works with student-athletes implementing training plans to optimize athletic development; teach, build relationships, motivate, and track progression. Design annual training plans to meet the unique demands of each student-athlete and sport. Constantly communicate with athletic trainers and other members of the performance team to update student-athletes status. Mentor volunteer coaches, interns, etc. Partake in personal and professional development. -
