About the Role 

As the Customer Service & Administration Officer, you will provide high quality administrative support such as routine systems searches, updating and capturing information from records and databases, database management, event and meeting coordination, office and fleet management, and preparing routine correspondence. 

You will also provide general accounting support to the North West Local Land Services team and customers including raising rate payer tax invoices, raising purchase orders, paying invoices, receipting goods, taking and receipting cash payments and general financial reconciliations.

About You 

This is a hands-on role best suited to someone with a proactive team player attitude. You’ll need to have strong, professional communication skills, an eye for the detail and be someone who’s comfortable both processing accurate data and information, as well as speaking to both internal and external customers. 
 
Previous experience in an administration role would be an advantage, along with experience in using various business systems. If you have a genuine passion for working with local communities and want to be part of a supportive team, this is the job for you!
