    About the Role

    We are looking for an organised, proactive, and versatile professional to join our team as a Regional Business Officer. This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth delivery of regional projects and initiatives and providing high-quality administrative and operational support to the team.

    What You’ll Do

    • Provide top-notch administrative and project support to help deliver regional and state-wide initiatives successfully.
    • Assist in planning and coordinating regional events and visits, including logistics, programs, invitations, briefing notes and stakeholder communications.
    • Oversee operational aspects of events, including transport, catering, volunteers, technical production, contracts, run sheets, schedules and event manuals.
    • Manage departmental correspondence, track progress, and ensure records are accurate and up to date using systems like Content Manager and Salesforce.
    • Prepare professional written correspondence for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining high standards of presentation.
    • Handle day-to-day inquiries and provide support to the team in a timely and professional manner.
    • Effectively manage competing priorities and deadlines, delivering a consistently high standard of support.

    What We’re Looking For

    • Strong administrative and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
    • Experience in project coordination, event management, or similar administrative roles.
    • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
    • A proactive, adaptable approach and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
