Hunter Local Land Services (LLS) is seeking a motivated Customer Service Officer to be a friendly face and reliable support for our teams and customers.

In this frontline role, you’ll be the first point of contact for landholders, community members, and industry stakeholders. You’ll juggle a variety of tasks—from answering enquiries and providing accurate information, to keeping the office running smoothly, supporting colleagues, and assisting with local projects and emergency responses.

No two days will be the same, and your contribution will help ensure our customers receive responsive, professional, and friendly service.

 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Delivering quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Providing information and support across agriculture, biosecurity, natural resource management, and other LLS programs.
  • Assisting with service delivery activities and contributing to continuous improvement.
  • Supporting local and regional operational plans and projects.
  • Participating in emergency management responses when required.
