To enable our business to grow we require Maintenance Labourers to join our team based in Melbourne's south eastern suburbs.

Our team of some 1300 live and breathe our "CAN DO" promise to ensure we deliver first class solutions to our clients, whilst providing an engaging, safe and team-based culture for our people.

Reporting to the Supervisor, the role is focused on maintaining the mowing as per our clients needs.

Responsibilities of the role:

  • Ensuring works are carried out safely and in accordance with processes and procedures.
  • Actively monitoring the work environment for hazards.
  • Ensuring works are carried out in the most efficient manner.
  • Actively participate and contribute to the continuous improvement and innovation of MACA work practices.       

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • Experience in operating ride on mowers and/or tractors with outfront mowing attachments.
  • Valid drivers license, white card and tractor ticket.
  • AGVET ticket an advantage.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug screen.
  • Ability to work autonomously or in a team.
  • Commitment to safety in the workplace.
