We are seeking Plant Operators to work on a variety of projects across Victoria. Reporting to your Supervisor, you will directly contribute to the effectiveness of how MACA delivers on our civil projects.

Responsibilities of the role:

  • Safe operation of equipment
  • Ground preparation and formation
  • Effectively work and communicate with other team members
  • Completion of detailed drainage and earthworks

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • 5+ years’ experience in operating equipment, such as; Roller, Excavator and Skid Steer
  • Current driving license
  • Commitment to safety in the workplace
  • Construction white card
  • Nationally accredited ticket to match your experience
  • The ability to live away from home
