Are you a talented HSE Advisor seeking an opportunity to work in a dynamic business that puts “People First”  In this role you will have the opportunity to directly contribute to the effectiveness of how MACA delivers services to our valued clients. 

Specific to this role you will: Provide support and services associated with Health, Safety and Environment matters to the Project Manager and the Project Team. You will also provide support and guidance to supervisors and trainers as well as be the link between the Safety Dept and the project and client senior teams.


  • Coordinate site based occupational health, safety, and environment activities to ensure the competence and well-being of people, the integrity of equipment, and the safe handling of materials.
  • Ensure that all personnel and subcontractor personnel are adequately instructed concerning safety procedures and systems and that these are complied with.
  • Conduct safety investigations, prepare reports and recommendations, and implement corrective and preventative actions.
  • Develop, Conduct Monthly Toolbox Talks
  • Coordinate Site Safety Committee Meetings.
  • Ensure compliance with the relevant statutory requirements and legislation.
  • Conduct regular workplace inspections.
