The Role & Project

MACA require experienced and capable Lead Safety, Health and Wellbeing Advisor to join our Civil Road Maintenance Team in Derby in a residential role. If you are uncomfortable in the city lifestyle, love to be outdoors and be able to access fishing and camping etc. in a true unspoiled environment, this role would be a great fit for you; or if you are raising a young family, country towns offer a fantastic option to let your kids grow up with some freedom.

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety or equivalent.
  • Experience in road construction/maintenance environment
  • Certificate in Lead investigation.
  • White Card.
  • Defensive Driver Training.
  • Collection of specimens for alcohol and drug testing.
