This role is all about owning forecasting for sales, traffic, and labour, turning insights into clear recommendations that improve performance, productivity, and cost efficiency. You’ll work closely with Operations, Finance, and Technology teams to optimise labour planning, enhance forecasting accuracy, and ensure our stores are set up to succeed—helping deliver the best experience for both our teams and our customers.
