We’re looking for experienced, customer-focused Store Manager to lead our team in Salamander Bay.

About the Role

As Store Manager, you'll lead the day-to-day operations of your store and be responsible for driving performance, leading your team, and delivering an excellent customer experience.

In this role, you will: 

• Lead a team to deliver great customer service and efficient store operations 
• Oversee all aspects of store performance, including stock management and merchandising 
• Set and achieve sales targets, and ensure strong commercial outcomes 
• Develop and support your team through clear communication and consistent coaching 
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for both customers and team members
