We’re looking for experienced, customer-focused Store Manager to lead our team in Salamander Bay.

About the Role
As Store Manager, you'll lead the day-to-day operations of your store and be responsible for driving performance, leading your team, and delivering an excellent customer experience.
In this role, you will:
- Lead a team to deliver great customer service and efficient store operations
- Oversee all aspects of store performance, including stock management and merchandising
- Set and achieve sales targets, and ensure strong commercial outcomes
- Develop and support your team through clear communication and consistent coaching
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for both customers and team members
