We’re looking for a HR Specialist to join our Store Support Centre team and play a key role in the HR side of our SuccessFactors rollout. This role is focused on supporting the Employee Central implementation end‑to‑end, ensuring legal compliance, business readiness, and strong adoption across the organisation. Working closely with senior leaders, SMEs, and project partners, you’ll help deliver effective change management, training, and communication that supports our growing national store network and sets our people systems up for success.
