The Centralized Records Coordination Unit (CRCU) Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of a CRCU staff, and oversees the processing and/or redactions of statewide and nationwide requests from various entities, which includes the public, media, court personnel, dependency requests, as well as out-of-state Child Protective Services (CPS) agencies and law enforcement in addition to other statutorily entitled groups. The Centralized Records Coordination Unit Supervisor ensures the Department provides redacted records to requesters in compliance with all applicable statutes and policies. |

DES is seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to join our team as an Instructional Designer for the Division of Business Services, Office of Professional Development. This position is responsible for the development of an agency-wide training curriculum for delivery to Department employees; collaborates with Department leadership regarding employee training, development, and accomplishments, and coordinates computer-based training as needed, including outreach or special events; and assesses present and future needs to develop educational goals and objectives, initiates related curriculum, instructor guides, reports, and correspondence, and prepares audio and visual materials related to the assigned training areas. |
