| Directly related to the Department's mission, the incumbent will be responsible for supervising and ensuring the Bureau of Vital Records’ (BVR) Vault Team staffed with program and projects specialists provide timely and accurate daily deposits, close-outs of vital records in the electronic system, mail processing (review, count, sort and distribution of office mail), and responses to inquiries received on the Vault cell phone. This position supervises the Vault Operations Team that serves BVR internal and external customers.
This position will assist the Policy Manager/Community Partner Liaison with drafting policies and interpreting statutes, rules, or policies as necessary and shall be responsible for ensuring the office website is updated with the most current information according to policy changes, etc. This position will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, such as the ADHS Cash Team, ALS Finance, Iron Mountain, Library and Archives, and the GAO. |

The ASH Locksmith shall ensure all lock hardware installed throughout the hospital complies with ADA, OSHA, and JCAHO standards and ensure the maintenance/preparation of databases for all locking devices, inventories of supplies related to locking devices, and issuing keys to staff as needed. The ASH Locksmith shall provide technical guidance in the installation of electronic access badges and equipment as well as maintaining the lockshop in an organized manner; developing written and statistical reports pertaining to hardware inventory and condition, and providing training in the use of keys and special locking devices. |

| This position:
• Is responsible for the fiscal components of all Local Education Agencies (LEA) grants in the Grants Management Enterprise system. This includes processing Reimbursement Requests, Completion Reports, Completion Report Revisions, Refunds, Holds, and Interest;
• Monitors eligibility and compliance components of Maintenance of Effort (MOE) for LEAs;
• Provides technical assistance to LEAs who are not meeting Eligibility or Compliance; and
• Acts as liaison between Grants Management and LEAs to provide fiscal support for all of their grants.
• Occasional in-state and rare out-of-state travel is/may be required for this position.
