Performs work corresponding to the activities within the Division of Public Health Licensing Services, Bureau of Medical Facilities Licensing. Accounting Specialist 1	PHOENIX
The Division of Division of Business and Finance (DBF) is looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team as an Accounting Specialist 1. Position is located in the Finance Section, Programmatic Payables Unit. This position assists provider's with their direct deposit processes; research and answer their inquiries in regards to payment issues; oversees the weekly collation and mailing of providers' remittance advices; reconciliation of settlements and deposits; and coordinates and prepare files for archiving.
