Develop and modify computer programs using IDEAL and COBOL of the highest of complexity; preparing JCL (or other operating control language) as required, test data for unit and system testing. Major duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Performs technical systems analysis task. • Testing and debugging programs. • Coding and modifying programs. • Participating in system testing. • Performing user requirements systems analysis tasks. • Reviewing, discussing and comprehending assignments with project leader. • Documenting programs. • Assisting Application Developers with assignments, technical tasks, and training. • Attend status meetings.
