ALTCS Case Management Manager REMOTE OPTIONS, PHOENIX
There are two major areas of focus within this unit – case management (CM) and the Pre Admission Screening and Resident Review (PASRR) program. This position is responsible for effective program development, management and oversight of the ALTCS case management program and related care/services delivery to members served by the ALTCS Managed Care Organizations (MCOs). This position providers leadership to the teams that are responsible for ongoing oversight of the MCOs that serve ALTCS members (both aging/those living with physical disabilities and individuals with intellectual/developmental disability diagnoses, including members with serious mental illness and other behavioral health needs). This position leads extensive internal and external engagement to support members through development/maintenance of an effective ALTCS program centered around member-specific needs and effective case management strategies. Additionally, this position leads comprehensive delivery system monitoring related to member access to HCBS and institutional care, functional assessments of need, person-centered service planning, and ensures compliance with numerous aspects of federal/state requirements related to ALTCS services. This position is responsible for drafting, implementing, and refining ALTCS-related policies and well as ensuring adherence to ALTCS-related contract and policy requirements (in collaboration with the AHCCCS Tribal ALTCS staff). This position also works with numerous providers to ensure adherence to the PASRR program and related assessment needs of members who have institutional level of care needs. This manager position reported to the Deputy Assistant Director of ALTCS within the Division of Managed Care.

HUMAN SERVICES PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST PHOENIX
The Policy Specialist works as part of the team within the Policy Unit and coordinates with other Department program and units. This position engaged with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement new policy and procedures for the Department. The Policy Specialist is responsible for researching and writing policy, developing policy in a team environment, facilitating meetings, providing technical assistance, working with intern and external stakeholders, reviewing federal regulation and state laws, and developing recommendations for continuous improvement. The Policy Specialist assists DCS staff and partners to implement DCS policies and procedures. The position also provides policy guidance and presentations using multiple formats including virtual and in-person deliver, email and memos.
PROCUREMENT SUPERVISOR PHOENIX
In accordance with the procurement authority delegated by the Chief Procurement Officer (CPO), and the Arizona Procurement Code, under general guidance from the Procurement Manager, the Procurement Supervisor oversees and directs the procurement operations. The Procurement Supervisor provides guidance and oversight to the Senior Procurement Specialists and Procurement Specialists, assists in scope of work and specifications development, preparation and administration of Request for Proposal (RFP) Invitation for Bid (IFB), Request for Quote (RFQ), Request for Grant Applications (RFGA) and provides oversight and guidance in all procurement processes. Reviews and approves various agreement types prepared by direct reports: Intergovernmental Agreements, Inter-agency Service Agreements, Competition Impracticable and Memorandum of Understanding, as needed while ensuring State and Federal statutes and rules are followed. The Procurement Supervisor provides training and mentoring to direct reports; and identifies areas for improvement and implements recommendations for a more effective organization.
PROG PROJ SPCT 2 PHOENIX
The Centralized Records Coordination Unit (CRCU) Team Lead performs daily activities with significant difficulty and complexity involving various requests for redacted records received from the public, media, court personnel, dependency requests, as well as out of state Child Protective Services (CPS) agencies and law enforcement in addition to other statutorily entitled groups. They assist staff according to current request workload and provide support to existing CRCU Records Managers in accordance with Department personnel rules and policies. The CRCU Team Lead will assist in the completion of research in systems regarding child maltreatment records, in addition to redacting the documents. This position will be skilled in the use of the DCS Comprehensive Child Welfare Information System (CCWIS) and Guardian and act in the role of a Super User for CRCU. Will ensure the Department provides redacted records to requesters in compliance with all applicable statutes and policies. This position will be responsible for training and on-boarding new staff, providing continual support to CRCU Management Team, and completion of special projects and requests. This position will assist with high profile cases as determined by the CRCU Administrator and/or Program Administrator for Legal Services. This position will be responsible for assisting the CRCU Intake Unit with special requests, projects and duties. This position requires the ability to work independently in order to research and identify documents relating to confidential matters. To communicate with the Attorney General's Office (AGO), court personnel and internal legal counsel with legal matters and provide communication to CRCU staff concerning said documents and what information is to be redacted and what is approved to be released. The Team Lead also needs to be able to correctly interpret subpoenas served on the unit and determine the appropriate action required. Provides leadership, mentoring, coaching and supportive supervision of staff.
PUBLIC HEALTH SANITARIAN 1-3 PHOENIX
This position will work closely with the program manager in order to provide consultative services to county health departments including conducting joint food safety and environmental health inspections; training and standardization of sanitarians; providing food code interpretations and clarification; processing cottage food registrations and program support; conducting food safety and environmental health inspections (and/or complaint investigations) of state licensed facilities including but not limited to: state prisons, colleges, universities, children's camps, behavioral health facilities, public schools, trailer parks, lodging, bottled water manufacturers, food processing/manufacturing establishments, warehouses, adult use marijuana facilities, and other type of establishments as needed. FDA Retail Food Standardization desired and experience in architectural plan review for new and remolded covered establishments.
