The purpose of the Program Services Evaluator (PSE) 4 is to lead and oversee the staff that completes complex eligibility determinations for children in Foster Care with regards to Federal entitlements for the Title IV-E programs. To review, process and complete Federal and IV-E Eligibility determinations for drawing down Federal funding for DCS. The PSE 4 is responsible for the training, overseeing and the evaluation of assigned personnel. This position is responsible for effective and comprehensive delivery of assigned Foster Care services and while maintaining compliance with all Federal, State and Administration criteria and the desired levels of achievement. The position is responsible for the propriety of information disclosed to clients and other State agencies. The person in this position makes recommendations for new and revised operating procedures necessary to complete the above responsibilities and comply with new laws, regulations and procedures.
This position may offer the ability to work remotely, within Arizona, based upon the department's business needs and continual meeting of expected performance measures.

Title IV-E Eligibility experience and IV-E Policy
