Employee Relations Manager	REMOTE OPTIONS, VARIOUS-STATEWIDE, PHOENIX
The Division of Human Resources & Development is looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Employee Relations Manager.This position will perform work requiring considerable independence, initiative, and judgment in combining a broad scope of professional human resources knowledge and comprehensive analytical judgment as the subject matter expert, and provide advice and counsel to agency and HR leadership/staff and all levels of staff within the agency related to ER and Leave in a confidential manner.This position will ensure compliance with all employment laws, personnel rules, guidelines, and agency policy and procedures, and assist in developing and promoting positive business practices to improve employer/employee working relationships at all levels.
GRANTS COORDINATOR	PHOENIX
This position: • Is responsible for the fiscal components of all Local Education Agencies (LEA) grants in the Grants Management Enterprise system. This includes processing Reimbursement Requests, Completion Reports, Completion Report Revisions, Refunds, Holds, and Interest; • Monitors eligibility and compliance components of Maintenance of Effort (MOE) for LEAs; • Provides technical assistance to LEAs who are not meeting Eligibility or Compliance; and • Acts as liaison between Grants Management and LEAs to provide fiscal support for all of their grants. • Occasional in-state and rare out-of-state travel is/may be required for this position. The Arizona Department of Education currently utilizes a hybrid work environment, with up to two days of remote work (contingent upon business needs). Candidates should apply with an ability and willingness to work in-office up to five days per week as business needs necessitate.
