The Senior Executive Consultant, working closely with the other Senior Executive Consultant, is responsible for providing expertise on PSPRS financial processes and has responsibility for leading large complex financial projects that may involve interacting directly with PSPRS employers. Additionally, this position acts as a technical expert and advisor, both internally and externally, in areas such as actuarial valuations, debt financing, and section 115 trusts and routinely represents the agency in meetings with stakeholders providing guidance and direction on issues related to pension liabilities and funding. |

MANUFACTURED HOUSING INSPECTOR

Within the Office of Manufactured Housing Division of the Arizona Department of Housing, this position will enforce existing State laws and regulations mandated by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) with regard to the installation of mobile homes, manufactured homes and factory-build buildings (“FBB”). These functions support the Division’s mission to maintain standard of quality and safety for manufactured homes and FBBs, and the consumers of these products. Inspectors also mentor installation licensees and Registrar of Contractors’ licensees who perform work on site where the installation occurs as part of continuous improvement. Other duties as assigned.
This position may offer the ability to work remotely, in Arizona, to include in-office hoteling, based on the department’s business needs and continual meeting of expected performance measures. |
