To be considered for employment, applicants must meet the following criteria:      - Be at least 18 years of age      - Possess a High School Diploma or Graduate Equivalency Degree (GED)      - Hold a Valid Arizona Driver's License      - Have no felony convictions      - Provide proof of legal U.S. residency We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $44,193 to $54,975 - $5000 Hiring Bonus      o $2500 upon completion of Correctional Officer Training Academy (COTA)      o $2500 after six months of full-time employment - Candidates with no experience, receive a $1,427.92 salary increase upon graduation from COTA.
