This position will oversee the development, strategic planning, implementation and update (as necessary) of the Alzheimer’s Disease State Plan; Coordinate Alzheimer’s and dementia work groups and task forces; Establish and maintain partnerships and relationships with all relevant state agencies, national partners and community organizations in order to meet the community needs and prevent duplication of services;

The Retired Members Retirement Specialist Supervisor, under the direction of the Retired Members Manager, is responsible for the timely coordination, assignment and verification of all health insurance premiums, insurance subsidy, and retirement benefits as it relates to pension payroll. In addition, this position is responsible for the verification and processing of all cancer claims as it relates to the Cancer Insurance Plan that is administered by the System.
