Additional matters will include, but are not limited to, relocation issues, encroachments and other right-of-way issues, interpretation of any statutory intergovernmental agreements, interagency service agreements, property management issues, interpretation of any statutory of regulatory provisions relevant to ADOT activities, and review of proposed legislation or administrative rules. The attorney may also be asked to provide legal advice and representation on a variety of topics to ADOT's Motor Vehicle Division, Aeronautics Division, and various statutorily created boards and commissions.
