| Performs work corresponding to the activities within the Division of Public Health Licensing Services, Bureau of Child Care Facilities Licensing. Assists with or determines the issuing of licenses to licensed facilities and providers, maintaining current licenses by ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations. Conducts initial and annual compliance inspections of child care facilities regulated by the Department to determine compliance with all applicable regulations. Performs quality assurance activities by tracking documents, corrective actions, and other quality data. Conducts investigations upon receiving a complaint of the operation of a licensed facility or provider, or of an unlicensed facility. Performing services related to regulation. Corresponds with the regulated community and with regulatory bodies, responds to technical questions from licensees, develops standards, participates in rule-making, and conducts inspections. Performs, assists or reviews detailed investigative or inspection reports, statements of deficiencies, and correspondence regarding changes in the status of a licensee’s license, or other types of legal orders. |

| The Arizona Public Safety Personnel Retirement System (PSPRS) is currently seeking qualified candidates for the position of Senior Executive Consultant. The Senior Executive Consultant, working closely with the other Senior Executive Consultant, is responsible for providing expertise on PSPRS financial processes and has responsibility for leading large complex financial projects that may involve interacting directly with PSPRS employers. Additionally, this position acts as a technical expert and advisor, both internally and externally, in areas such as actuarial valuations, debt financing, and section 115 trusts and routinely represents the agency in meetings with stakeholders providing guidance and direction on issues related to pension liabilities and funding. |

The position will oversee the completion of requirements analysis, design, development, test review, and implementation of assigned tasks. Interacting, and working directly with users, peers, other technical staff, Agency management and other staff to fulfill data intelligence and reporting needs; to translate those data reporting needs and questions into technical specifications. This individual oversees the production of reports or views of the data based on the outlined and confirmed specifications. The Business Analysis Supervisor may also be asked to respond to requests for entities external to the Agency, and oversee and train other report developers.
