Position Overview:
The ASDB Human Resources Team member HR Analyst -Benefits will provide excellent HR benefits related customer services to our employees, requiring 3+ years of benefits-related Human Resources experience.

Advise on employment regulations, benefits, procedures, and classification programs.
Research employee benefits and health and safety practices, and recommend changes or modifications to existing policies.
Administer employee insurance, pension, and savings plans, working with insurance brokers and plan carriers.
Work with the Department of Labor and promote its use with employers.

| The Arizona Department of Corrections, Rehabilitation, and Reentry (ADCRR) is seeking a driven leader to join our team as Correctional Major. Under the direction of the Complex Warden and the Deputy Warden of Operations, the Major will serve as the Chief of Security for the prison complex. This position is a member of the administrative team and is responsible for the integrity of the security of the complex. |
