Program Manager PHOENIX
The Health Care Institution Programs are major statewide programs that have a significant public, agency, and financial impact. These programs involve complex and technical program guidelines and regulations. The Program Manager for the Health Care Institution licensing bureaus will be a subject matter expert with extensive knowledge of the division's business and information technology systems. Directly related to the Department's mission, the incumbent will be responsible for ensuring that the Bureau of Marijuana Licensing Management System is in compliance with applicable health care institutions. This position functions as a highly skilled and technical Program Manager in the areas of development and management of electronic data systems, complex data reports, and education of HCI staff and customers. The position will develop program and statistical reports, provide training and presentations, and develop/implement action plans/work plans. This position is responsible for ensuring that policies, procedures, and desk manuals are established and updated as necessary, ensuring the Bureau operates in compliance with governing statutes and rules. The incumbent will interpret complex rules and regulations; provide consultation, education, and technical assistance to HCI staff and customers for program compliance and accountability; and participate in rule-making. This position is expected to maintain a full understanding of Administrative processes for all HCI Bureaus and ensure consistency of all processes.

Clinical Care Specialist PHOENIX
The Resource Coordination Lead provides guidance to Resource Liaisons who offer initial care coordination to caregivers of children and youth in out-of-home care statewide upon enrollment to the Arizona Department of Child Safety Comprehensive Health Plan (DCS CHP). The position supports team efforts to connect directly with caregivers of children and youth newly placed in out-of-home care to welcome them to the health plan, explain their benefits, set expectations for Early and Periodic Screening, Diagnostic and Treatment (EPSDT) visits for well child, dental and mental/behavioral health, and answer their questions. Additionally, the Resource Coordination Lead provides guidance to team members when working with medical/behavioral health professionals, caregivers (kinship, foster parents, congregate care staff, etc.), clinic/hospital/specialty care providers, and community resources, including for children with special health care needs.

• The Accountability Technical Specialist plays an important role in supporting Arizona’s statewide school accountability system. This position works closely with data analysts and education professionals to help interpret accountability calculations, review data submissions, and respond to technical questions from schools and districts across the state. The role involves explaining how accountability measures are calculated, assisting with basic data validation and processing, and helping ensure schools understand reporting timelines and requirements.
