| This position, the Resource and Referral Unit Supervisor is responsible for managing the referral and resource unit for (Maricopa, South, or Northeast/Northwest region). The Resource and Referral Unit Supervisor works under direction of the Program Manager of the Statewide Resource and Placement Units, following established policies and procedures and is responsible for the timeliness, accuracy and quality of work products. This position is responsible for engagement with providers related to issues of referral assignments and supply and demand. This position oversees regional issues and serves as a liaison to Contract Compliance issues relating to supply/demand for the region, referral process, and creating of service approvals. This position manages the teams that provide support and services to Regional staff and DCS providers. This position assigns work and evaluates performance of subordinates. This position regularly interacts with Regional staff from multiple departments providing technical assistance, gathers information, solves problems, and improves procedures. |
