AVERAGE DAILY MEMBERSHIP (ADM) AUDITOR	PHOENIX	16 Aug 2026
• The Arizona Department of Education (ADE) Audit Unit is responsible for helping ensure the accurate allocation and appropriate use of state education funding. To support this mission, the Audit Unit conducts Average Daily Membership (ADM) and compliance audits of school districts and charter holders, while also providing guidance, training, and technical expertise to educational entities and ADE program areas. • ADM and compliance audits evaluate factors that affect student membership reporting and state funding calculations. These audits assess instructional hours, student attendance, enrollment and withdrawal records, and other reporting requirements to verify the accuracy of data submitted to ADE. Audits also determine whether students reported for ADM funding were eligible under applicable statutes, regulations, and ADE requirements. The Arizona Department of Education currently utilizes a hybrid work environment, with up to two days of remote work (contingent upon business needs). Candidates should apply with an ability and willingness to work in-office up to five days per week as business needs necessitate.
Assistant Division Director	PHOENIX
The State of Arizona Research Library, a branch of the Arizona State Library, Archives & Public Records, has a leadership opening for the role of Research Library Assistant Administrator with a specialty in Law Librarianship. Through supervising and mentoring staff, leading our general and law reference services and outreach efforts, and measuring our impact through analytics and other methods, the Assistant Administrator will be integral to fulfilling our goal of “Preserving Arizona, Providing Access.”
BEHAVIORAL HEALTH TECH 2 ($5,000 Hiring Incentive)	PHOENIX
As a Behavioral Health Technician 2, you’ll: Work full-time, 40 hours a week on-site. Lead, organize, and participate in overall therapeutic activities for psychiatric patients. Maintain a safe, therapeutic, and structured environment. Supervise patient’s daily living, social skills, and money management. Provide patient care and support. Ensure proper security protocols are followed, including safe transportation to and from off-unit assignments. Document patient care and implement treatment plans. Work in a 24/7 controlled medical/behavioral health facility under the direction of the Registered Nurse.
Healthcare Compliance Officer - Long Term Care	PHOENIX
Performs work corresponding to the activities within the Division of Public Health Licensing Services, Bureau of Long Term Care Facilities Licensing. Assists with or determines the issuing of licenses to licensed facilities and providers, maintaining current licenses by ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations. Conducts initial and annual recertification inspections of health care institutions regulated by the Department to determine compliance with all applicable regulations. Review of quality systems by tracking documents, corrective actions, and other quality data. Conducts investigations of the operation of a licensed facility or provider upon receiving a complaint or of an unlicensed facility. Performing services that need regulation. Corresponds with the regulated community or with regulatory bodies, responds to technical questions from licensees, develops standards, participates in rulemaking, and conducts inspections. Performs, assists or reviews detailed investigative or inspection reports, statements of deficiencies, and correspondence regarding changes in the status of a licensee’s license, or other types of legal orders.
