The Arizona Department of Corrections, Rehabilitation & Reentry (ADCRR) is seeking a forward-thinking executive-level religious leader to fill our Faith Services Administrator position. This position directly supervises and oversees multiple Faith Service employees assigned to prison complexes statewide. This role not only ensures compliance with laws, rules, regulations, policies, and procedures pertaining to faith services but also involves collaborative efforts with other entities to expand and improve faith services within the institutions. Acts as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) regarding religious programs, property, services, and diets. Guides executive staff, grievance coordinators, and legal counsel on responses to grievances, lawsuits, and religious service provisions. Additionally, represents the agency at meetings with other governmental jurisdictions and various community groups. And prepares a variety of technical, statistical, and administrative reports. |
