Network Architect

| The Infrastructure Architect performs advanced information system configuration management, advanced design, systems analysis, development, programming, operations, maintenance, security, and release management across both on-premises enterprise environments and cloud platforms.
The Infrastructure Architect will lead IT initiatives to develop solutions, plan application and infrastructure releases, merge and deploy applications on QA, development, UAT, and production environments through a centralized source control system. Additionally, the Architect designs, implements, and secures complex hybrid network topologies, utilizing Cisco networking appliances, Palo Alto next-generation firewalls, and AWS Virtual Private Clouds (VPCs). The Infrastructure Architect develops scripts and automation tools used to build, integrate, and deploy software releases and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) to various infrastructure platforms.
The Infrastructure Architect coordinates work between different IT teams at different locations which includes conducting application and infrastructure release readiness reviews, milestone reviews, and business go/no-go reviews and Go-Live activities including the execution of the deployment plans and checklists. The Infrastructure Architect maintains the release schedule for all core DevOps application, network, and infrastructure services to ensure alignment across key partners and vendors.
The Infrastructure Architect ensures the integrity of system code and configurations which includes developing, branching, and code merge strategies by maintaining a release repository, and manages key information such as build, release procedures, dependencies, and notification lists. |

| The Compliance Administrator is responsible for developing, managing and overseeing adherence to compliance standards for Direct Care Worker training and testing and Community Service Agencies representing two unlicensed provider types. This position will develop and implement audit strategies for their areas of responsibility. The position will be responsible for developing data summaries to identify and trend performance within their areas of responsibility. This position will work with their leadership team to address any concerns or opportunities identified as part of their regular course of business or as information becomes available to them. |

Quality Assurance Investigative Nurse

| Under the leadership of the Inspector General and Deputy Assistant Director, this position is responsible for investigation and medical necessity clinical determinations for AHCCCS OIG. These duties include, but are not limited to; investigating, reviewing, evaluating, determining appropriate payment of medical and/or behavioral healthcare services, and medical record reviews with clinical expertise in procedures and processes in the clinical setting. Assurance of compliance with contractual, regulatory, and statutory obligations for AHCCCS members (in both Managed Care Organization (MCO) and Fee for Service (FFS) settings) for physical/acute care services, LTC supports and services, and behavioral health needs and providing subject matter expertise (SME) in a variety of settings. This position is accountable for the prevention and/or resolution of alleged billing concerns, utilization, and determination of any fraudulent activities, waste or abuse of the Medicaid program, identification of criminal activity, and review of system parameters in accordance with AHCCCS rules, regulations and federal guidance. Direct clinical investigative knowledge and expertise is applied by this position in review and timely resolution of the cases assigned, identification of Fraud, Waste and Abuse (FWA) in clinical reviews and collaboration with AHCCCS Divisions, Managed Care Organizations, Law Enforcement Agencies, and other regulatory agencies as identified within the scope of each unique case. |
